Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This lesson’s aims is to have basic and academic knowledge on basic chain of supply chain management, to arrive the degree of the examples, providing solutions and suggestions.
Course Content: Supply Chain and Basic Notions, Supply Chain’s Important for Healthcare Organization, Cost Management in Supply Chain, Budget Management in Supply Chain, Efficiency Management in Supply Chain, Stock and Inventory Management in Supply Chain, Digitalization and Digital Transformation in Supply Chain Process, Business Intelligence Apps in Supply Chain Process, Health Expenditure and Financial For Supply Chain is Important, Pure Executions in Supply Chain Management, Worthwhile Based Supply Chain Management, Reports Technicales in Supply Chain and KPI Targets in Supply Chain.

1) To learn the supply chain discipline and to understand how the supply chain processes work in healthcare foundation and to adopt basic notions.
