Course Objectives: | The investigation of the neural basis of human behavior. The measurement and evaluation of cognitive functions. |
Course Content: | The course focus on the neural basis of human behavior, behavioral neuroanatomy, neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation, neuroimaging techniques, specific neuropsychological deficits and neuropsychological profiles of these deficits. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Explains the neural bases of human behaviour and specific neuropsychological deficits. 2) Provides a theoretical and practical basis for the use of neuropsychology in clinical and research practice areas. 3) Be aware the new developments and studies on neuropsychology field. 4) Has knowledge of the practical areas of neuropsychological assessments, their execution, and conclusion. 5) Predicts the neuropsychological profiles of various neuropsychiatric disorders. |
