Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to provide students the concepts and theories related to employee psychology, performance management, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational behaviour, leadership and management. |
Course Content: | Application of psychology to organizations and workplace; psychology of employees, assessment of performance, motivation and job satisfaction, organizational behavior, leadership, management. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Knows the basic concepts and theories related to employee psychology. 2) Knows the performance management tecniques. 3) Knows the motivation theories and job satisfaction. 4) Understands the organizational behaviour. 5) Applies the psychological concepts and theories to real work settings. |
