Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide students the concepts and theories related to employee psychology, performance management, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational behaviour, leadership and management.
Course Content: Application of psychology to organizations and workplace; psychology of employees, assessment of performance, motivation and job satisfaction, organizational behavior, leadership, management.
