| Course Objectives: | The aim of the course for each student; It is aimed to evaluate the sensory disorder with the appropriate scales and to apply the treatments based on sensory integration. |
| Course Content: | The neurophysiological adaptation of sensory experiences of children and how the child can reveal the adaptive response appropriate to the situation, the positive reflection of the child's social, emotional and physical interaction with his environment, the sensory information he receives from the person's body and the environment, the sensing of the senses, the interpretation and integration of knowledge in the brain, Uncovering an organized answer. |

1) Use clinical interpretation skills to evaluate behavior that may be associated with sensory integration 2) Plan and apply therapy for children with sensory integration disorders 3) Explain the rationale behind the activity to reveal adaptive response 4) Use sensory integration based applications in different diagnostic groups 5) Use sensory strategies in many environments including school, home and community 6) Be able to apply therapy in many situations using sensory strategies. |
