Course Objectives: |
In today’s world, the intensity of competition increases steadily due to globalization, the development of information and communication technologies, innovation and global uncertainty. For this reason, to sustain their assets with high performance, the companies have to provide with continuity successful strategic practices. At the conclusion of this course, students will have a better understanding of how a business operates in our modern political, social and economic , general environmental conditions and competitive environment. |

Strategic management, development of strategic management, social responsibility and ethics, external and internal environmental analysis, organizational analysis, institutional selection, business and operational strategies, implementation of strategies and control of strategies. |
