Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The main goal is to teach students all processes from selection phase to termination phase of a project. In addition, it is aimed to enable the students to apply the knowledge they have gained about project management and to learn the project management tools. In addition to learning project management processes, they will also be able to recognize information systems that support project management. As a result, it is to provide students with the skills to manage or support information systems projects or projects in any field.
Course Content: This course is designed to make the undergraduate students understand Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) created by The Project Management Institute (PMI). Additionally, project management information systems and tools are included. Course provides comprehensive frameworks for identifying the critical knowledge areas that project managers must understand.
