Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to learn the concepts and processes required for effective Supply Chain Management and the logistics applications that will contribute to these processes and to gain a digital perspective on Supply Chain Management. |
Course Content: | This Course covers the Principles of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, sub-processes, performance management and models, establishment of supply chain organization in a company, the effect of digital transformation on supply chain management, interaction between logistical processes and supply chain management and principals of effective supply chain management |
