Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is to learn plant tissue culture methods and their main application areas. |
Course Content: | Basic principles of plant production, basic principles of plant tissue culture, sterile working conditions, plant tissue culture methods and application areas. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Know traditional plant production methods. 2) Know and apply the basic principles and methods of plant tissue culture. 3) Know the application areas of plant tissue culture. |
