Course Objectives: | 1. To transfer the students international trade law knowledge on a fundamental level. 2. To teach the students to develop rigorous theoretical arguments about international trade law related topics. 3. To introduce the students to analyse common practical international trade law related problems. 4. To provide a core knowledge For future law classes. |
Course Content: | International law; international commercial contracts; documentation in international business transactions; payments methods; supranational integration; legal system of European Union; supremacy of the European Union law; regulatory powers of the union organs. |
