Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: 1. To lead those who will pursue a career in this field by providing theoretical and practical information on the basic concepts of communication, commercial communication and correspondence.
2. To have knowledge of literature and concepts emerging with the rapid development of technology today.
3. To gain the terms and concepts in international trade and banking correspondence, verbal and written agreements and contracts.
Course Content: Development of correspondence skills related to commercial communication; writing of academic and commercial reports, commercial letters and proposals; verbal communication, use of communication technology; communication in global markets.

1) Gain knowledge of communication concepts and applications in the fields of International Trade, Trade and Finance.
2) Learn business communication, correspondence and verbal approaches, interview and meeting techniques.

2) Communication types and models, non-verbal communication, its elements, personal space, body language, verbal communication, conferences and seminars, interviews and meetings.
3) Written communication, its importance, characteristics, correspondence types, official, commercial, private, consolation writings.
4) With technical communication, technology, electronic means.
5) Organizational communication, purpose, function, importance, benefits, formal-informal communication process, group communication.
6) Document registration and management in offices, management in virtual offices
7) Organizational importance of document management, organization of services, central organization
