Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: By referring the contemporary Turkish politics, comprehending and explaining the events in Turkish politics
Course Content: The Turkish politics in the post-1980 period, significant ruptures in Turkish politics, new political parties, the general line of Turkish politics after 2000, conservative politics.

1) Comprehends the events of the post-1980 Turkish political life
2) Understands the liberalization of the Turkish economy
3) Comprehends the political attitudes of the parties founded in post-1980 era.
4) Investigates the internal political and social problems of Turkey.

10) Possess the knowledge of universal ethical values, social responsibility and sufficient legal and regulatory knowledge.

12) Students will be able to communicate their ideas and solutions both written and orally, and present and publish them on both national and international platforms.
13) Uses information and communication technologies together with computer software at the advanced level of European Computer Using License required by the field.
