Course Objectives: | In this course, students will learn to analyze the impact of health messages on individuals and society and will also learn effective content creation strategies in media channels. |
Course Content: | Within the scope of the course, we will answer the following questions: What is the process of health communication? How are public relations theories used in health campaigns? How is health-related content produced and presented in the media? What role does digital media play in health communication? |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Defines the concepts of human, self-knowledge, communication, professional communication, conflict and anger. 2) Explain how the communication process works. 3) Learn verbal and non-verbal communication methods; the basic skills to communicate effectively in everyday and professional life. 4) Use effective anger and conflict management strategies and therapeutic communication skills in social and professional life. 5) Develops workforce skills that will ensure their employability. |
