Course Objectives: | The purpose of the lesson for each student; It is aimed to learn the thermal principles of electrotherapy, the response of tissues to electrotherapy modalities commonly used in physiotherapy, the mechanisms of action and application methods of high-frequency currents. |
Course Content: | Basic properties and application principles of functional electrical stimulation, high voltage pulsed galvanic stimulation, interference currents, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, high frequency currents, diathermy, ultrasound, extracorporeal shock wave therapy and biofeedback. |
