Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course for each student;
The aim of this course is to provide the students with knowledge and application examples about water immersion and physiological responses to in-water exercises, physical principles, in-water exercise techniques, auxiliary equipments, aquatic exercise program creation, indications, contraindications and hazards.
Course Content: Physical principles of physiotherapy, physiological effects, pool facilities, in-pool equipment and equipment for exercise, in-water training methods

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Explains the physical principles and physiological responses of water immersion and in-water exercises.
2) He arranges the pool facility, selects the necessary in-pool equipment and equipment for exercise.
3) Apply the necessary evaluation and tests to the patient.
4) Constant method, Bad Ragaz method, Halliwick method, Ai Chi and Watsu methods explains
