Course Objectives: | To train midwives who can define the basic concepts of management and midwifery services management, interpret hospital and midwifery services organizational structures in line with organizational principles, comprehend the basic values and ethical rules related to midwifery services management, and gain leadership, knowledge, skills and attitudes. |
Course Content: | This course; It includes the knowledge and skills necessary to lead midwives in line with the basic concepts and theories related to management and midwifery services management. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to interpret hospital and midwifery services organizational structures in line with organizational principles 2) Reflecting quality studies in health and midwifery services to midwifery practices 3) Being able to know the laws, regulations and regulations related to health and midwifery and discuss their compatibility with today's conditions and practices. 4) To be able to use healthy and effective communication techniques with the individual, society and all members of the health team, to attach importance to teamwork in service delivery and to discuss the conflicts, causes and solutions within the team. 5) To be able to use scientific problem solving approaches in solving problems related to midwifery services. 6) Understanding the change leadership role and preparing a change plan for the problems related to maintenance practices 7) Being able to lead other midwives by reflecting lifelong learning and evidence-based practices to midwifery practices |
