Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is for each student; Students to learn the terms and concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis and to make detailed studies on Applied Behavior Analysis topics, especially the methods of dealing with inappropriate behavior. |
Course Content: | Explaining the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Describe the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. 2) Systematically measure and evaluate student performance. 3) Describe behavior as measurable and observable. 4) Describe the methods used to measure behavior. 5) Draws graphs about student behaviour. 6) Describe the types of reinforcement and punishment. 7) Discusses methods of determining effective reinforcement. 8) Describe ways to gain positive behavior or increase existing positive behavior. 9) Describe ways to reduce or eliminate negative behaviors. 10) Prepare behavior modification program. 11) Develop behavioral objectives and skill analysis. |
