Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To have the students acquired the skills of grammar, vocabulary, listening, writing, speaking, and vocational language in a pre-intermediate level.
Course Content: Grammar and Vocabulary
Basic language structures of the French language; syntax, morphology, meaning and expression skills.
Read
Work, school, leisure activities, etc. Ability to understand the main points of standard speech on familiar topics such as.
Don't write
Ability to produce simple and coherent text on familiar topics or areas of personal interest.
Speech
Being able to describe an event, an experience or a dream; Ability to describe a desire or goal and outline the reasons or explanations behind a project or idea.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Uses present continous, future and past tense (passé composé) to talk about past experiences and events.
2) Participates in conversations about topics such as travel, family, personal preferences, experiences, and daily activities.
3) Describes people, places, and objects using appropriate adjectives and relative pronouns.
4) Understands and uses complex structures.
5) Reads and understands short texts and dialogues, writes simple structured paragraphs.

3) Relates the interaction of Political Science and Public Administration with other social sciences (philosophy, history, sociology, law, economics, business administration).
4) Examines the political and social processes, problems and the causes of these problems in Turkey and in the world, evaluates them in an interdisciplinary dimension and with a critical perspective.
5) To be able to conduct research in the field of Political Science by using common methods and respecting ethical values.
6) To be able to design and lead research and scientific texts on field-specific topics on their own or in team work.
