Course Objectives: | To ensure that the students who receive the lessons have knowledge of what consumer rights are in the context of consumer protection legislation and ensure that they are educated as an individual who is aware of consumer rights and who is aware of consumer rights at the point of protection of consumer rights |
Course Content: | Consumer, consumer transaction concepts, types of contracts organized in the legislation, consumer organizations, proceedings, supervision and penal provisions will be examined within the Law on Consumer Protection. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Know consumer and consumer transaction concepts. 2) Know and use what is the law about the protection of the consumer and the related legislation. 3) Know the types and characteristics of the contracts regulated under the Law on Consumer Protection. 4) Has knowledge about consumer organizations. 5) It is possible to apply the judicial and supervisory means and the criminal provisions within the scope of the legislation. |
