Course Objectives: | Students can fully understand and comprehend judicial organization; be able to learn the notification procedures. |
Course Content: | To gain information about the activities of the judiciary. Introduction of the officers in the judicial activity, comprehension of the working mechanism of the Turkish judicial system. The introduction of the notification law, its significance in law, and its concrete implementation and evaluation of its results. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Learns the basic concepts and principles of the Judicial Organization. 2) Knows the establishment and functioning of the judicial places within the Judicial Branches in our country. 3) Knows the structure and operation of organizations that perform judicial activities outside the courts and has general information about alternative dispute resolution methods. |
