Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To enable students to understand personal and management skills. Operation and management of human resources appropriate to the organizational structure required for the operation. Integration of operations and support departments. Human, machine and supply management to learn. Improvement and continuity of processes and motivation of people is an important outputs of the course.
Course Content: Rapidly changing business environmental conditions also affect the management of healthcare managements systems. This situation has special importance in many aspects of healthcare services with different characteristics from other bussiness. In order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities carried out in healthcare management, They need to have different leadership characteristics than in the past. Integration of hospital operation and hospital management is needed for managers to make fast and accurate decisions. The aim of the course is to inform the managers about the methods and methodologies that will help the management skills needed.
