Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To explain the purpose, scope and importance of health management, health management and basic features of an effective health service, historical development of management and management, determinants of health and health, features of structure, process and outcome in health institutions,
To examine the health services, health system and health institutions in detail, to manage the people involved in health management, to provide teamwork by developing the concept of leadership and to examine the issue of health promotion.
Course Content: Health management covers the characteristics of effective health management, determinants of health, hospital management, organization and boards, building management Manager, Managing People, Motivation, Leadership, Team Building, Managing and Transporting Medicines and Medical Equipment, and health promotion.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To understand and apply effective health management
2) Knows what the determinants of health and health are and considers the determinants of health while planning health management.
3) Knows health services, health system and health institutions in detail.
4) It guides people in health management, developing the concept of leadership, ensuring teamwork, planning work and managing resources.
5) Makes plans and programs in the field of health promotion, taking into account the developments in the world and in our country.
