Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to inform the students about basic management concepts, theories, functions and contemporary management techniques and tools used in enterprises and give them a global perspective in management and organization.

Course Content: This course covers the basic concepts related to management and organization, historical development of management theories, management functions (planning, organization, execution, coordination, supervision) and modern approach in management field, application and techniques.

1) Understand and apply the planning, organization, execution, coordination and control functions of business administration
2) To be able to analyze managerial problems and needs in organizational system.
3) Gain and use managerial skills related to the management of management problems
