Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The objectives of this course are to:
• Introduce students to key AI technologies and their applications in organizations.
• Examine how AI drives organizational transformation and change management.
• Develop students’ ability to analyze, plan, and implement AI-driven initiatives.
• Explore the ethical, social, and operational challenges of AI adoption.
• Enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills in AI-enabled business contexts.
• Prepare students to communicate AI strategies and transformation plans effectively.
Course Content: This course examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in driving organizational transformation and change. Students will explore how AI technologies influence strategy, operations, and decision-making processes, while also considering ethical, managerial, and human factors. The course combines theoretical foundations with practical applications to prepare students to manage AI-enabled transformations effectively.
