Course Objectives: | How to manage an advertising agency. What are the responsibilities of working in an advertising agency? Are advertising agencies similar to many other workplaces? What are the differences between advertisers and those working in other lines of business? How do foreign and local advertising agencies and media buying agencies gain customers? How do they make money? What are the job descriptions of today's digital agencies? Providing detailed training on topics that prepare students for life. |
Course Content: | Organization and Management in Advertising Agencies course examines the structural organization, operational processes, and interdepartmental coordination within advertising agencies. It covers key concepts such as agency management, leadership approaches, and team coordination. Additionally, the course analyzes practical topics like planning creative processes and managing client relationships. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Be able to describe how an advertising agency works. 2) Describe the dynamics of the coordinated work of creative groups and creative teams in advertising agencies. 3) Advertising agencies will be able to disclose who they will collaborate with during any advertising campaign or small-scale promotional event. |
