Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to understand the European Union and its place in the world with a broad perspective.
By the end of this course, students should be able to discuss contemporary European Union policies and evaluate current debates about the European Union.
Course Content: This course explains the historical process of the European Union, the institutions and the structure of the EU. It discusses the main issues shaping politics in contemporary Europe, the role of Europe in the world and the future of European integration.
