Program Outcomes |
Level of Contribution |
1) |
Today, people demand and use original designs in the places where they live, work, and spend time within the urban fabric—designs that align with their tastes and lifestyle expectations, supported by the opportunities provided by technology, and meet the criteria of aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, and sustainability. The evolving needs and expectations of consumers are increasing the production of design products in the production systems of businesses that aim to establish themselves in the interior design sector.
In today's world—where quality and competition are intense, and consumer demands are constantly changing—professional competencies required of individuals to be employed in the field of Interior Design have gained significant importance.
The aim of the Interior Design Program, established to train associate degree-level students equipped with the professional knowledge aligned with these qualities, is to raise qualified professionals who have acquired the necessary vocational competencies. Graduates of the program can find employment in architecture and interior architecture offices, in the construction and design sectors, in construction companies, furniture factories, furniture stores, and decoration companies. Additionally, they have the opportunity to establish their own businesses.
The program's mission to educate knowledgeable, skilled, and qualified professionals represents one of the greatest benefits for both incoming and graduating students. |
