Course Objectives: | The SketchUp with 3D Visualization course aims to equip students with basic and advanced skills in 3D modeling and visualization. This course enables students to effectively use the interface and tools of the SketchUp program, create and modify 3D models, and achieve professional results in visualization projects. |
Course Content: | The course content begins with an introduction to the SketchUp interface and basic tools, allowing students to learn essential skills such as surface creation, 3D conversion, modeling, and copying. Exercises with commands like Offset, Follow Me, Rotate, and Scale are conducted. Students also work on interior design by importing models from 3D Warehouse and develop visualization techniques using the Enscape extension. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Can recognize and use the basic tools of the SketchUp interface. 2) Can perform basic and advanced 3D modeling. 3) Can apply surface creation and 3D conversion techniques. 4) Can use Offset, Follow Me, Rotate, and Scale commands for editing models. 5) Gains the skill of creating groups and components in models. 6) Can import models from 3D Warehouse and incorporate them into projects. 7) Has the competency to design and organize interior projects. 8) Can assign materials and visualize using the Enscape extension. 9) Can perform environmental planning and add models to projects. 10) Develops the ability to practice and create final projects for professional visualization. |
