Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to enable students to understand strategic management processes and develop strategic thinking skills. The course will cover strategic analysis, strategy formulation, implementation, and performance evaluation. Additionally, ways to achieve competitive advantage in the global business environment will be thoroughly examined. |
Course Content: | Understand the concept and importance of strategic management. Gain the ability to conduct environmental analysis for businesses. Comprehend strategy development and implementation processes. Apply different strategic tools to achieve competitive advantage. Evaluate the impact of strategic decisions in the global and digital business world. |
