Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to understand, design, and implement effective change management practices within organizations. The focus is on understanding change processes, dealing with resistance, and leading successful transformations in dynamic business environments.

Course Content: The course covers fundamental change management theories, strategies, and tools. Students will explore psychological, cultural, and structural dimensions of change, assess real-world case studies, and develop practical skills for managing organizational change.
