Course Objectives:

To inform about the concept of strategic management, to adopt the objectives of strategic management, to ensure that the implementation and implementation tools in institutions are reinforced by case studies.

Course Content:

Strategic Management Concept and Definitions, Strategic Management and Classical Management Comparison, Relationship of Strategy with Similar Concepts: Vision, Mission, Values, Policies, Environmental Analysis, Strategic Analysis of the Business, Strategic Analysis of the Business (SWOT Analysis), Strategic Approach to Strategy Planning and Business Functions, Strategy Implementation, Review and Evaluation of Strategy, Update in Strategy, Improvement Methods,

1) Knows the competencies and responsibilities of the profession, has the theoretical and practical knowledge about the basic physical principles of dialysis.
2) General aspects of nephrology have knowledge about renal failure, renal diseases, fluid electrolyte problems and develops solutions when faced with an unpredictable situation.
3) Hemodiafiltration uses peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis device.
4) Can follow the patient from end to end in hemodialysis.
5) To be aware of social, scientific, cultural and professional ethical values and use them in working environment.
6) Have information about dialysis treatment methods and types. He constantly trains himself by following the technological and scientific developments in dialysis.
7) It has the awareness of lifelong learning and directs its education to an advanced level of education in the same field or to a profession at the same level.
8) It is prone to teamwork and has the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the health team.
9) It follows information in the field by using a foreign language at least at the level of European Language Portfolio A2 General Level.
