Course Objectives: | To inform about the concept of strategic management, to adopt the objectives of strategic management, to ensure that the implementation and implementation tools in institutions are reinforced by case studies. |

1) Discusses the importance of internal and external environmental factors. 2) Counts environmental factors. 3) It lists the positive and negative effects of environmental factors on the organization. 4) Environmental factors compare the relevant analyses and determine the mission, vision, values, goals and objectives of the institution. 6) Defines the stakeholders 7) Designs improvement studies for the data that fall short of the targets within the framework of the strategic plan. 8) Designs healing methods. |
