Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to give students a comprehensive understanding of generative AI technologies and applications. We will examine the theoretical foundations and practical methodologies of generative models, including VAEs, GANs and Transformers. The course will equip students with the necessary knowledge to analyze and apply generative AI in various fields, while addressing ethical implications and potential future developments in the field.
Course Content: 1. Introduction to Generative Artificial Intelligence: Definition, History and Key Concepts
2. Deep Learning Foundations for Productive Artificial Intelligence: Neural Networks and Backpropagation
3. Generative Models: Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Converters
4. Productive Artificial Intelligence Applications: Content Creation, Data Augmentation and Personalization
5. Ethical Considerations and Future Trends in Generative AI
