Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To provide the opportunity to configure the knowledge and skills gained in university education with real workplace applications and to improve students' workplace attitudes.
Course Content: Workplace organization, interdepartmental relations, observations and practices.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Understands the importance of organization and explains workplace organization.
2) Explains the relationships between departments and understands the importance of managerial features.
3) Explains business processes and production methods. Selects the tools and equipment used and performs product control.
4) Develops attitudes towards working life and explains workplace safety measures.
5) By understanding the importance of producing work on time and completely, student communicates with multi-disciplinary teams and takes responsibility individually and within the team.
6) Gains problem solving competence under realistic constraints.
7) Internalizes the concept of total quality and evaluates the performance of oneself and colleagues based on criteria
