Course Objectives: | This course aims to enable the student to realize his/her values, attitudes and responsibilities related to sexuality and to develop a positive sexual view in this way, to protect and improve his/her sexual health and the sexual health of individuals in the society. aims to provide the necessary knowledge and skills. |
Course Content: | Basic Concepts of Sexuality, Factors Affecting Sexual Health, Meaning of Sexuality, Sexuality and Social Values, Responsibilities in Sexuality, Social Problems in Sexuality Female and Male Reproductive System Physiology of Sexual Action and Problems Formation of Pregnancy Sexual Identity Development, Gender Roles Regulation of Fertility Sexually Transmitted Infections Sexual Rights and Legal Aspects Sexual Education Sexual Orientation Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence |
