Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Basic theory and application areas of positive psychology. Subjects such as happiness,psychological resilience,optimism and hope, developing emotional intelligence, subjective well-being, increasing positive emotions.
Course Content: The protection and development of psychological and physical health is the basis of a happy and harmonious life.
