Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course; The aim is to model the appropriate roles within the framework of behavioral theories, taking into account the institutional structures of the students who will work in health enterprises.
Course Content: Perception, attribution, behavior in the organization, individual and personality motivation theories, organizational culture and organizational climate, communication, stress management in the organization, informal relations in communication, organizational citizenship,
cynicism, time management and current organizational approaches.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Knows behavioral foundations in health institutions
2) Gain knowledge about perception and attribution, motivation theories
3) Understands the importance of organizational climate and organizational culture
4) Have a grasp of the types and models of communication in the business

4) He/ She carries out the assigned task independently by using its basic knowledge about oral and dental health field and when it encounters an unpredictable situation, he/she takes responsibility and develops solutions.
