Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to teach the technical methods of problem solving to Managers and Students |
Course Content: | Managers need to have a number of critical features to continue to work successfully in the workplace. Considering today's working conditions, the success of the managers in business life has highlighted the ability to have fast problem solving skills. Root cause analysis within the quality management system is a problem solving technique. It is expected that the solution will be realized quickly and correctly. Therefore, problem solving techniques are the tools that every manager should know. |

1) Problems and learning the problem definition, Analyzing the problems, Learning the solution steps of the problems, Tools that should be used in the problem steps, Statistical tables in the problem analysis 2) Brain storming, Control tables, Pareto analysis, Flowcharts, Fish Fishbone, Why Why analysis, Tree Diagrams, Histogram, Distribution Diagrams, Kaizen steps in problem solving |
