Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Providing the necessary theoretical information to develop the research question in accordance with scientific methods, to make the literature review, to establish the theoretical framework and to determine the research method and to provide the students with the experience to carry out different types of academic research such as papers, articles or theses with sample applications in the classroom, seminar presentation and lecture

Course Content: Before determining the thesis topic, the thesis advisor and the literature review within the scope of the preliminary preparation and the preliminary preparations for the research by limiting the subject to complete the literature review and topic selection.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To recognize different research methods
2) To design and do different types of scientific studies in accordance with scientific research methods within the framework of ethical rules.
3) To present and discuss their scientific research in scientific fields.
4) To be able to determine the subject, scope, research method before the thesis preparations.
