Course Objectives: | Introduction to chromatography theory and techniques and preparative and analytical aspects of chromatography |
Course Content: | Introduction to chromatography, basic concepts. Introduction to chromatographic techniques. TLC, column chromatography. Introduction to chromatographic separation and its mathematical representations. Gas chromatography, injection systems, columns, detectors;HPLC, injection systems, pump systems, columns and detectors, .Ion chromatography, Affinite chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, super critical fluid chromatography, capillary electrophores, capillary electrochromatography |
