Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to examine in depth the advanced mental processes of human beings such as thinking, problem solving, attention and memory. The topics of this course will be covered from both a theoretical and an applied perspective. |
Course Content: | This course is based on the students' knowledge of the basic cognitive characteristics of human beings such as autobiographical memory, language processes, attention and processes, the basic research methods used and the most common of these methods. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Students who successfully complete this course will be able to explain the mechanisms of cognitive processes in depth. 2) Students who successfully complete this course will be able to describe in depth the research methods used to understand the foundations of human cognition and examine fundamental aspects of cognitive psychology. 3) Students who successfully complete this course will be able to describe human behavior and cognitive processes. |
