Course Objectives: | To introduce the basic concepts and theories of Personality Psychology, the basic research and application fields of personality psychology, and to gain skills in evaluating personality traits and psychological diseases. To have knowledge in the basic sub-fields of personality psychology and to develop a critical view. |
Course Content: | It includes personality and basic concepts in personality development, theoretical approaches explaining personality development, major personality theories and theorists. Interactions with other theories, current scientific contributions and limitations will be examined within the scope of the course. |
