Course Objectives: | The course aims to teach the basic theories and researchers in the subject area of forensic psychology and to present a critical overview of the related theories. |
Course Content: | It will introduce theories related to criminal behavior, victimization, punishment, witness psychology and other related subject areas in forensic psychology. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Will be able to define the field of forensic psychology and the specific application areas of psychology within the legal system 2) Has knowledge about the sub-field of forensic psychology 3) Know the theories in forensic psychology 4) Uses a critical perspective to analyze legal cases |
