Course Objectives: | The course is an introduction to the understanding and discussion of modernity as a world-historical situation and will be discussed within the framework of some social and technical practices in connection with architecture. |
Course Content: | The axis of the course is the issue of the emergence of many practices in popular culture, such as art and architecture, which are generally believed to have existed in all ages within their timeless nature. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to view architecture other than a construction practice, mainly as an intellectual and critical practice, 2) To be able to view and produce architecture as an academic practice |
