Course Objectives: | The aim of the course for each student; Physiotherapists working in the field of pediatric rehabilitation have the ability to identify problems in the disorder, activity and participation level in the cases they frequently encounter during clinical studies and to contribute to the determination of appropriate physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches in the light of evidence-based scientific data. to develop clinical problem solving skills |
Course Content: | Physiotherapy and rehabilitation methods used in pediatric diseases, the role and importance of clinical approaches based on problem solving in pediatric rehabilitation, clinical applications in different pediatric diseases, current studies |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) 1. Will be able to research library and web based resources in the field of pediatric rehabilitation and gain the ability to use the information obtained by contacting the case. 2. Identifies the personal and environmental factors that affect activity and participation limitations. 3. Will be able to share the evaluation results, short and long term treatment goals and treatment plan in the field of pediatric rehabilitation with effective communication and discuss other opinions on the basis of scientific basis. |
