Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To direct and prepare the students in order to review the literature on a specific
subject, develop a research question, design a scientific research, specify research
methodology and to analyse and comment on the data collected. Besides that the
course aims to provide useful information and skills for students to present,
explain and debate their researches in front of the others
Course Content: Giving the students the knowledge to develop the research question in
accordance with the scientific methods, to make the research of the source, to
prepare the theoretical framework and to give the theoretical information to
determine the research method and to make different types of academic
researches such as paper, articles or thesis and applying this knowladge in
accordance with scientific approach and to gain experience with applications to
be made in classroom environment

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To have an understanding about different types of research methodologies; choose approprate one and make literature review
2) To design and conduct different types of scientific researches in the light of ethical principlesand share its results in light of ethical principles
3) To present and discuss scientific research that they have designed and completed in front of the community
4) To have the necessary knowledge and skill to transform the scientific research into a scientific publication
