Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Discussing the concepts used in design, painting, photography and films,
Analysis of visual images and compositions and the culture of looking.
Effective use of visual language,
Acquisition of visual sensitivity.
Course Content: This course covers the use and effects of design, painting, photography, film and writing; It covers people's shaping of the environment, communication processes, formation of media and similar platforms, problems and solutions.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Can use visual language effectively,
2) Can read and interpret an image through visual elements,
3) Can establish relations between art, communication and society.
4) Will be able to show a critical approach towards visual culture.
