Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In this course, it is aimed for the student to learn research methodologies used in social and communication sciences, to plan and conduct a scientific research, to have knowledge of literature review, data collection and analysis methods, to interpret research data and to have the necessary equipment for writing scientific reports, research and articles.
Course Content: In this course, the importance of research in social sciences, planning, design and conduct of scientific research in social sciences and communication are discussed.

1) Mastering the basic concepts of scientific research
2) To learn scientific research methods and process
3) To be able to design a scientific research for communication
4) Learning the methods of writing scientific articles and preparing them for publication
