Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To improve the communication skills of dietitians and to provide effective nutrition counseling.
Course Content: Includes the term of communication, communication processes, types and characteristics of communication, communication barriers, communication methods and tools to be used while providing nutritional counseling to different groups, learning theories, teaching methods, development and evaluation of the training program, and applying training to various groups.
