Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It is planned to learn information about the relationship between nutrition and immune functions, acute and chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, the effect of changes in nutrition on the immune system and inflammation, the interaction of inflammation, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, inflammation and exercise.
Course Content: Relationship between nutrition and immune functions, acute and chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, the effect of changes in nutrition on immune system and inflammation, inflammation, obesity, diabetes, interaction of cardiovascular diseases, inflammation and exercise relationship.
